Stacie Carpenter – Head Varsity Tennis Coach

This is my 3rd year coaching girls tennis at Linn-Mar.  I was an assistant the first year with the varsity team.   I played tennis and graduated from a high school in Willmar, MN.  I qualified for the state tennis tournament all 4 years, and was a semi-finalist in singles my senior year.  I went on to play at Luther College in the top 4 singles and doubles positions.  While at Luther, I also taught tennis camps.  I graduated from Luther in 1990 with a degree in Education with an emphasis in Health and Physical Education.  I have been playing USTA tennis for the last 11 years and have enjoyed going to sectional and district tournaments.  I have also been to the National Tournament for Mixed Doubles.  I am looking forward to working with the Varsity girls and hope we have a positive and winning season!  GO LINN-MAR!

Jason Wolfe - Assistant Coach

I grew up in Cedar Rapids and graduated from Cedar Rapids Washington High School in 1989, where I played #5 and #6 on the tennis team my Senior year. I have a coaching minor with an emphasis on tennis and baseball from the University of Northern Iowa. I was the assistant coach of the NU (Cedar Falls) boys' varsity tennis team in 1993. Go, Lions!

Kathleen Kelley - Assistant Coach

This is my 8th year as assistant coach, and I will be coaching the JV/9&10 team. I attended college at the University of Iowa. I have been happily employed in the Linn-Mar District for 16 years - my entire teaching career. I currently teach English II, Creative Writing, and British Literature. I am also the yearbook adviser.
